Learn about it, understand what makes you a better, stronger runner and find out why some runs aren’t great while others are amazing. Furthermore, don’t just be a runner, be an active individual. Try your hand at other adventures. Whether you love hiking and the great outdoors or pushing your limits in the gym, the important thing is that you get out there and do it. It is only once you truly appreciate physical health, that you will understand that running is not limited to physical exercise but is rather a lifestyle. Don’t just run, become a runner.
